"I just wanted you to know how extremely pleased I am with the crew you have assigned for this location. They are great and have been since the season started. The guy on the riding mower is very knowledgeable with handling your equipment and the things he is mowing around and the other guy is a real team player. Entry ways are being kept clean before they leave and they just are presenting themselves as "here to do the job they are paid for."

"Wow!! Our lawn looks great after yesterdays mowing! Thanks for paying attention to the "valleys" in the lawn and making sure the mower doesn't miss those difficult spots. Whoever did the edging this time....it looks great! And thanks for making sure the driveway and areas around the house get blown off properly. I'm glad it wasn't so wet this time because I know that makes it difficult.  Hopefully the weather will cooperate the rest of the season.  I'm going to take a look at rocks/boulders at Homestead this weekend, so I'll let you know if I find anything that maybe you can pick up for me."
