New Asphalt Paving
We begin by meeting and marking the area. Then we excavate the base and compact the subbase. Installation of a crushed aggregate sub base installed depending on the application. Then new hot mix asphalt paving is installed, compacted and Rolled for a strong and long-lasting surface
Asphalt Patching
Patching is done when we may only have a few problem areas. We will cut out
the old sections and patch in new hot plant mix asphalt. We can mill the areas where necessary and patch potholes and ditches also. Once the new asphalt is installed it is compacted and rolled. Follow few months later with sealcoating and the patches are almost invisible
Remove and Replace
Some instances require the removal of existing materials before a new asphalt paving can be installed. We will remove the old material to specified depth, or excavate completely, repair sub base, add base aggregate and place the new hot asphalt mix, compact and roll.
Overlay Existing Asphalt
Asphalt overlay is an option if your base is substantial and the surface needs repair because of age. We will clean, tack, level where needed, and lay a new surface resulting in a new mat.
Sealcoating
Sealcoating is applying a protective coating to a paved surface in order to prolong its integrity. It will prolong the life of your driveway by as much as 15 years if
applied correctly and on a schedule of every 2 to 3 years. We clean the surface to remove any debris and oil spots, fill any cracks that are less than 1/4 inch, edge any grass that has grown over the surface of the driveway and then apply by hand for driveways and small parking lots. Sometimes your driveway is in too poor condition and sealcoating will not be possible. We use a water-based material, which means it can easily wash off siding, walkways and landscaping if rinsed off soon after application. We take care with your home, lawn and flowerbeds as we apply the product. Coating is neatly applied to asphalt surfaces by hand for residential customers and sprayed on for commercial customers.
